11 SECTION 2. This act shall be in full force and effect on and after Janu-
12 ary 1, 2007.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS 15865C2
This legislation relates to the Idaho Department of Fish and Game
(IDFG); amending Section 36-416, Idaho Code, to revise fees.
This bill rounds up all license fees to an even dollar amount and
provides an effective date of January 1, 2007.
FISCAL NOTE
The fiscal impact of this bill would be an estimated negative
$57,000.00 to the IDFG budget.
