  1                                        AN ACT
  2    RELATING TO AGRICULTURE; AMENDING SECTION 22-507, IDAHO  CODE,  TO  PROVIDE  A
  3        CORRECT CODE REFERENCE AND TO PROVIDE CORRECT TERMINOLOGY.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION  1.  That  Section  22-507, Idaho Code, be, and the same is hereby
  6    amended to read as follows:
                                                                        
  7        22-507.  CROP MANAGEMENT AREAS. Nothing in this chapter  shall  be  inter-
  8    preted in such a manner as to interfere with the enforcement or implementation
  9    of  provisions  of chapter 10, title 22 section 22-2017, Idaho Code, crop man-
 10    agement zones areas, or rules promulgated thereunder.

Statement of Purpose / Fiscal Impact

                     STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

                           RS 16490

This legislation is a technical correction to provide a proper 
code reference. Title 22, Chapter 10, Idaho code was repealed 
during the 2002 legislative session. The provisions of that 
chapter relating to crop management areas were incorporated into 
Section 22-2017, Idaho Code which is under the Idaho Plant Pest 
Act of 2002 which was enacted by the 2002 session of the 
legislature.



                          FISCAL NOTE

There is no fiscal impact.
