Program, Idaho Museum of Natural History, Idaho Small Business Development

  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR SPECIAL PROGRAMS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008;  AND  LIMITING
  3        THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION  1.  There  is  hereby appropriated to the Board of Regents of the
  6    University of Idaho and the State Board of Education for Special Programs  the
  7    following  amounts to be expended for the designated programs according to the
  8    designated expense classes from the listed funds for the period July 1,  2007,
  9    through June 30, 2008:

  1        SECTION  2.  In  accordance  with  Section  67-3519,  Idaho Code, there is
  2    hereby authorized no more than forty-eight and ninety-two  hundredths  (48.32)
  3    full-time  equivalent  positions  at any point during the period July 1, 2007,
  4    through June 30, 2008, for the Forest Utilization Research Program, Idaho Geo-
  5    logical Survey Program, the Idaho Museum of Natural  History,  Small  Business
  6    Development  Centers,  and  TechHelp  as  specified  in Section 1 of this act,
  7    unless  specifically  authorized  by  the   Governor.   The   Joint   Finance-
  8    Appropriations  Committee will be notified promptly of any increased positions
  9    so authorized.
