  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF  SELF-GOVERNING  AGENCIES
  3        FOR THE GENERAL BOARDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION  1.  In  addition  to the appropriation made in Section 1, Chapter
  6    394, Laws of 2006, there is hereby appropriated to the Department of Self-Gov-
  7    erning Agencies for the general boards the following amount to be expended for
  8    the designated program according to the  designated  expense  class  from  the
  9    listed fund for the period July 1, 2006, through June 30, 2007:

 11    FOR:
 12    Trustee and Benefit Payments                                           $14,500
 13    FROM:

 15        SECTION  2.  An  emergency  existing  therefor,  which emergency is hereby
 16    declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after its
 17    passage and approval.
