2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE SUPREME COURT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008; AND APPROPRI-
3 ATING MONEYS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE GUARDIAN AD LITEM FUND.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Supreme Court the follow-
6 ing amounts to be expended from the listed funds for the period July 1, 2007,
7 through June 30, 2008:

10 Senior Magistrate Judges Fund 510,000
11 Guardian Ad Litem Fund 663,100
12 ISTARS Technology Fund 3,370,300
13 Federal Grant Fund 1,536,100
14 Miscellaneous Revenue Fund 318,500
15 Guardianship Pilot Project Fund 276,400
16 Drug Court, Mental Health Court and
17 Family Court Services Fund 3,042,900

19 SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated $649,100 from the General Fund to
20 be deposited in the Guardian Ad Litem Fund for the period July 1, 2007,
21 through June 30, 2008.
