                            RS 16983C1

The bill will add a requirement that a record of survey will show
a description or graphical representation, or both, of
discrepancies between boundary lines, as determined in the survey,
and fence lines or other evidence of partition of property. This
requirement will help those who are considering the purchase of
property by informing them of conditions that may lead to an
adverse possession of a portion of the property under
consideration.

                           FISCAL NOTE

This bill will have no impact on the general fund.
