                               RS 17588

funds. Funds from the Agricultural license plate will be deposited in a
fund in the State Treasury for distribution to the program. The State
has the right to audit the funds at anytime.

                              FISCAL NOTE

The General Fund Expenditure will see a reduction of $25,300 which has
been allocated to the State Department of Agriculture to fund the Idaho
Ag in the Classroom program.
