                                     HOUSE BILL NO. 555

                                BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE

  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE SELF-GOVERNING AGENCIES FOR FISCAL YEAR
  3        2008; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

  5        SECTION 1.  In addition to the appropriation made in  Section  3,  Chapter
  6    230, Laws of 2007, there is hereby appropriated to the Self-Governing Agencies
  7    for the Board of Accountancy the sum of $25,000 from the State Regulatory fund
  8    for operating expenditures for the period July 1, 2007, through June 30, 2008.

  9        SECTION  2.  An  emergency  existing  therefor,  which emergency is hereby
 10    declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after its
 11    passage and approval.

This is a FY 2008 supplemental appropriation to the Self-Governing Agencies for the Board of Accountancy. This bill increases the dedicated fund operating expenditures appropriation by $25,000. This supplemental appropriation is ongoing.

Fiscal Note

This Legislation increases the FY 2008 ongoing spending authority for the Board of Accountancy, and appropriates an additional $25,000 from dedicated funds for operating expenditures.
