                                     HOUSE BILL NO. 648

                                BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE

  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE IDAHO COMMISSION FOR LIBRARIES FOR FIS-
  3        CAL YEAR 2009; AND INCREASING THE NUMBER OF AUTHORIZED  FULL-TIME  EQUIVA-
  4        LENT  POSITIONS  FOR  THE  IDAHO  COMMISSION FOR LIBRARIES FOR FISCAL YEAR
  5        2009.

  6    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

  7        SECTION 1.  In addition to any other appropriation provided by law,  there
  8    is  hereby  appropriated to the State Board of Education for the Idaho Commis-
  9    sion for Libraries the following amounts to be expended according to the  des-
 10    ignated  expense  classes  from  the  listed fund for the period July 1, 2008,
 11    through June 30, 2009:

 14    Operating Expenditures                                                  50,000
 15    Capital Outlay                                                          30,000
 16      TOTAL                                                               $202,000

 18    General Fund                                                          $202,000

 19        SECTION 2.  In addition to any other authorization provided  by  law,  the
 20    Idaho Commission for Libraries is hereby authorized three (3) full-time equiv-
 21    alent positions for the period July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009.

This is a fiscal year 2009 trailer appropriation bill for the Commission for Libraries which authorizes 3 FTPs and provides $202,000 in General Funds.
