                                BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE

  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE STATE BOARD FOR  PROFESSIONAL-TECHNICAL
  3        EDUCATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009.

  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

  5        SECTION  1.  In addition to any other appropriation provided by law, there
  6    is hereby appropriated to the State Board for Professional-Technical Education
  7    the following amount to be expended according to the designated expense  class
  8    from the listed funds for the period July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009:
  9    FOR:
 10    Personnel Costs                                                        $66,900
 11    FROM:
 12    General Fund                                                           $50,000
 13    Miscellaneous Revenue Fund                                              16,900
 14      TOTAL                                                                $66,900

This bill provides funding necessary to administer the Proprietary Schools program within the Division of Professional-Technical Education.

This is a fiscal year 2009 appropriation bill for the Division of Professional-Technical Education in the amount of $50,000 in one-time General Funds and $16,900 in ongoing dedicated funds.
