  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE  IDAHO  TRANSPORTATION  DEPARTMENT  FOR
  3        FISCAL YEAR 2009.

  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

  5        SECTION  1.  In addition to any other appropriation provided by law, there
  6    is hereby appropriated to the Idaho Transportation  Department  the  following
  7    amounts to be expended for the designated programs according to the designated
  8    expense classes from the listed fund for the period July 1, 2008, through June
  9    30, 2009:

This is the trailer appropriation to H440a, H602a, S1442, and S1460, which collectively will generate an additional $1,494,000 of dedicated funding for the Idaho Transportation Department.

Fiscal Note

Of the $1,494,000 of new revenue that will be generated, $815,400 will be directed to Operating Expenses and $678,600 will be directed to Capital Outlay. Further, of this amount, $123,300 will be directed to the Division of Motor Vehicles, $722,200 will directed to Highway Maintenance and Operations, and $678,600 will be directed to Contract Construction and Right-of-Way Acquisition.
