  1                                  A HOUSE RESOLUTION
  2    DETERMINING THE SELECTION AND COMPENSATION OF THE EMPLOYEES OF  THE  HOUSE  OF
  3        REPRESENTATIVES  OF  THE  SECOND  REGULAR SESSION OF THE FIFTY-NINTH IDAHO
  4        LEGISLATURE.

  5    Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Idaho:

  6        WHEREAS, House Rule 74 provides that the selection and compensation of the
  7    employees of the House of Representatives shall be determined by resolution of
  8    the House of Representatives.
  9        NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the House of  Representa-
 10    tives that the selection and compensation of the officers and employees of the
 11    House  of  Representatives  of  the  Second Regular Session of the Fifty-ninth
 12    Idaho Legislature be determined by the Speaker of  the  House  of  Representa-
 13    tives.
