  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS AND DIRECTING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO  THE  PUBLIC  HEALTH
  3        TRUST FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009.

  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

  5        SECTION  1.  There  is  hereby appropriated and the State Controller shall
  6    transfer $10,799,300 from the General Fund to the Public Health Trust Fund for
  7    the period July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009.
