                                    BY FINANCE COMMITTEE

  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS AND DIRECTING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO THE  STATE  INDEPEN-
  3        DENT LIVING COUNCIL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009; APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE
  4        IDAHO  STATE INDEPENDENT LIVING COUNCIL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009; AND LIMITING
  5        THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.

  6    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

  7        SECTION 1.  There is hereby appropriated and the  State  Controller  shall
  8    transfer  $129,100 from the General Fund to the State Independent Living Coun-
  9    cil Fund for the period July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009.

 10        SECTION 2.  There is hereby appropriated to the State  Independent  Living
 11    Council,  the  following  amounts to be expended from the listed funds for the
 12    period July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009:
 13    FROM:
 14    State Independent Living Council (Gen) Fund                           $129,100
 15    State Independent Living Council (Ded) Fund                            130,600
 16    State Independent Living Council (Fed) Fund                            272,500
 17      TOTAL                                                               $532,200

 18        SECTION 3.  In accordance with Section  67-3519,  Idaho  Code,  the  Idaho
 19    State  Independent  Living  Council  is authorized no more than four and five-
 20    tenths (4.5) full-time equivalent positions at any  point  during  the  period
 21    July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009, for the program specified in Section 2 of
 22    this  act,  unless specifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-
 23    Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of any increased  positions
 24    so authorized.
