  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION FOR  FISCAL
  3        YEAR 2009; AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.

  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

  5        SECTION  1.  There  is hereby appropriated to the State Board of Education
  6    for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation  the  following  amounts  to  be
  7    expended  for  the  designated  programs  according  to the designated expense
  8    classes from the listed funds for the period July 1, 2008,  through  June  30,
  9    2009:

 37        SECTION  2.  In  accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Division
 38    of Vocational Rehabilitation is authorized no more than one hundred  fifty-one
 39    (151)  full-time  equivalent  positions at any point during the period July 1,
 40    2008, through June 30, 2009, for the programs specified in Section 1  of  this
 41    act,  unless  specifically  authorized  by  the  Governor.  The Joint Finance-
 42    Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of any increased  positions
