Statement of Purpose |
RS18132 |
This is a trailer appropriation bill to S1435. The germane legislation repealed the Integrated Property Records System statute that required the Department of Lands to integrate, administer, and provide access to an integrated database of state-owned and leased real property and structures; and moved that responsibility to the Department of Administration.
This legislation makes the adjustments in the budgets that are necessary to implement the statutory change.
.

Fiscal Note |
This legislation transfers $50,000 and one position from the Department of Lands to the Department of Administration and provides an additional $32,900 ongoing from the General Fund to fully fund a position to integrate, administer, and provide access to an integrated database of state-owned and leased real property and structures.
