COMMEMORATIVE MEDALLIONS – Amends existing law relating to transportation to authorize the State Treasurer to issue and sell commemorative medallions; to provide that the medallions are exempt from sales and income tax; and to provide that proceeds be distributed to the state’s Veterans Cemeteries or to the State Highway Account.
