MOTOR FUEL TAX AND TRANSPORTATION – Amends and adds to existing law relating to motor fuel tax and transportation to revise apportionment from the Highway Distribution Account; to provide for the Highway Maintenance, Preservation and Restoration Fund, to provide for apportionment of fund moneys, to provide for continuous appropriation and to provide for expenditures; and to revise the tax upon motor fuel.
