SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRATION ACT – Amends existing law relating to the Sexual Offender Registration Act to provide that certain sexual offenders shall report to the county sheriff if the sexual offender did not provide a physical residence address at the time of registration, to provide certain reporting requirements and to provide that the sheriff shall verify the location provided by the offender.
