HOUSE BILL 162

The official bill actions are located in the final journal, which are maintained by the offices of the Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the House.  The daily journals are published at the end of each legislative day.

WORKER’S COMPENSATION – Amends existing law to provide penalties for employers who intentionally and willfully fail to secure the payment of compensation, to provide an additional factor the commission may consider in determining whether penalties should be assessed and collected; and to provide for an appeal to the full Industrial Commission on certain matters.
