EDUCATION – DEAF – BLIND – Amends existing law relating to education and the Idaho Bureau of Educational Services for the Deaf and the Blind to provide that the Bureau of Educational Services for the Deaf and the Blind shall be a governmental entity; to provide that the bureau, its employees and its board of directors are subject to certain provisions; to provide that the bureau shall be considered a state department for certain purposes; and to provide that the State Board of Education may request moneys from the Permanent Building Fund for the construction and maintenance of buildings on certain land used by the Idaho Bureau of Educational Services for the Deaf and the Blind.
