HOUSE BILL 243

The official bill actions are located in the final journal, which are maintained by the offices of the Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the House.  The daily journals are published at the end of each legislative day.

WORKER’S COMPENSATION PROCEDURES – Amends existing law relating to worker’s compensation procedures to remove an exception to a required time period, to provide that the giving of notice is not required under certain circumstances and to provide that the filing of a certain application shall also constitute a claim.
