WATER RIGHTS – Amends existing law relating to water rights to provide an exception from water rights requirements for certain municipalities, municipal providers, sewer districts and regional public entities operating publicly owned treatment works, to require municipal providers and sewer districts to provide notice to the Department of Water Resources if certain land application is to take place, to provide that notice shall be on forms furnished by the department, to provide for inclusion of all required information; and to provide a fee for filing notice of land application of effluent. |
