FISH AND GAME – Amends existing law relating to fish and game to revise provisions relating to the use of moneys in the winter feeding account; to remove a condition relating to the use of moneys in the feeding account; and to require the Department of Fish and Game to make yearly reports to the Senate Resources and Environment Committee and the House Resources and Conservation Committee detailing how funds in the feeding account have been expended.
