CHILD PROTECTIVE ACT – Amends existing law to revise provisions relating to interagency multidisciplinary teams and training requirements for team members; and to provide that all investigative or risk assessment interviews of alleged victims of child abuse conducted by personnel of child advocacy centers will be documented by audio or video taping.
