LIFE-THREATENING ALLERGIES IN SCHOOLS – Amends and adds to existing law to authorize schools to voluntarily maintain a supply of epinephrine auto-injectors; to provide for the use of epinephrine auto-injectors; to authorize schools to enter into arrangements with manufacturers of epinephrine auto-injectors; to provide guidelines for participation; and to provide for protection from liability for good Samaritans.
