  SR 101 by STATE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE – RULE APPROVAL – SENATE STATE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE – States findings of the Legislature and provides that all temporary and pending rules of the Idaho State Police, the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, the Idaho Secretary of State, the Department of Administration, and the Idaho State Lottery have been reviewed and approved by the Senate State Affairs Committee, with exceptions.
  SJR 101 by STATE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE – REFERENDA AND INITIATIVES – Proposes a state constitutional amendment to require any referendum petition or initiative petition to be signed by at least 6% of legal voters at the last general election in each legislative district.
  S 1034 by HEALTH AND WELFARE COMMITTEE – FOSTER HOMES – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding foster home health and safety requirements.
  S 1035 by HEALTH AND WELFARE COMMITTEE – CONGREGATE CARE – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the placement of a child in congregate care settings and to provide for regular review of placements.
  S 1036 by HEALTH AND WELFARE COMMITTEE – IMMUNIZATIONS – Adds to existing law to establish a moratorium on certain uses of human gene therapy products.
  S 1037 by STATE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE – VETERANS – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the succession to property of deceased residents of veterans homes.
  S 1038 by STATE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE – HEALTH – Adds to existing law to provide that the state of Idaho shall not be compelled to engage in the enforcement of requirements or mandates issued by the World Health Organization.
  S 1039 by STATE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE – IMMIGRATION COOPERATION AND ENFORCEMENT ACT – Adds to existing law to provide for cooperation with federal authorities, to provide for cooperation with immigration detainers, to provide for the crime of unlawful presence of a dangerous illegal alien, and to provide for the crime of smuggling a dangerous illegal alien.
