STATE PUBLIC DEFENDER ACT [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024]

19-6016.  Records of defending attorneys. [effective july 1, 2024] Indigent defense providers and defending attorneys shall keep appropriate records respecting each person whom they represent under this chapter.
