CHAPTER 12

CANVASS OF VOTES

34-1205.  County board of canvassers — Meetings. The county board of commissioners shall be the county board of canvassers and the county clerk shall serve as its secretary for this purpose. The county board of canvassers shall meet within nine (9) days after an election for the purpose of canvassing the election returns of all precincts within the county.
