PROTECTION OF ANIMALS AND BIRDS

36-1101A.  Archery equipment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, during any archery season, licensed hunters may employ the use of lighted nocks and mechanical broadheads in the taking of wildlife as authorized by their license.
