INDIVIDUAL ACCIDENT AND HEALTH INSURANCE POLICIES

41-4207.  Administrative procedure. Rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this act shall be subject to notice and hearing pursuant to section 41-211, Idaho Code, and chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.
