LATERAL DITCH WATER USERS’ ASSOCIATIONS

42-1315.  WATER DELIVERY ORGANIZATIONS TO FURNISH diversion structures and measuring devices. (1) Each water delivery organization shall provide the necessary diversion structures and measuring devices at delivery points to control and measure the quantity of water being delivered to water users served by the water delivery organization, unless the bylaws or controlling documents of the water delivery organization provide otherwise.

(2)  Measuring devices shall comply with standards approved by the department of water resources.
