CHAPTER 37

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PRACTICE ACT

54-3712.  Fees. The licensure board shall adopt rules establishing fees for the following:

(a)  Initial license fee;

(b)  Renewal of license fee;

(c)  Inactive license fee;

(d)  Limited permit and temporary license fee; and

(e)  Reinstatement fee.
