PODIATRIC MEDICAL PRACTICE ACT
54-611. Disposition of funds and property. (1) On July 1, 2026, or soon as practicable thereafter, the division of occupational and professional licenses shall transfer any outstanding assets, moneys, obligations, or liabilities of the state board of podiatry to the state board of medicine.
(2) All fees received under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid to the division of occupational and professional licenses and deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licenses fund, and all costs and expenses incurred under the provisions of this chapter shall be a charge against and paid from said fund.
