CHAPTER 17

COORDINATE SYSTEM OF LAND DESCRIPTION

55-1709.  Description by coordinate not mandatory. Nothing contained in this chapter shall require any lessee, purchaser, or mortgagee of real property or any right in real property to rely wholly on a land description, any part of which depends exclusively upon coordinates of the IPCS.
