EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS — GOVERNOR AND LIEUTENANT-GOVERNOR

67-824.  stem education fund. [effective until October 1, 2026] (1) There is hereby created in the state treasury the STEM education fund to support the programs and priorities of the state in advancing science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education.

(2)  On July 1, 2026, or as soon thereafter as practicable, but no later than July 31, 2026, the state controller shall transfer all moneys in the STEM education fund established in this section to the workforce development training fund established in section 72-1203, Idaho Code.
