EMINENT DOMAIN
7-704A.  Acquisition of omitted lands — Escrow of funds. (1) The state of Idaho, or any of its political subdivisions, in excercising [exercising] its powers of eminent domain, shall acquire and pay full value for all lands classified as omitted lands under federal legislation as though the state of Idaho or any political subdivision thereof were receiving fee simple title.
(2)  The state of Idaho or any political subdivision thereof shall be entitled to escrow the funds for the acquisition of the omitted lands until a letter of acquiescence or other documentation is received from the federal government, at which time all of the funds shall be remitted to the landholder.
