CHAPTER 16

PURCHASE OF STATE LANDS BY IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

43-1606.  Elections. All elections held under the provisions of this chapter shall be in accordance with the laws governing elections authorizing the issuing of bonds by an irrigation district.
