CHAPTER 33

DENTURITRY

54-3302.  License to practice required. A person shall hold a license for the practice of denturitry in order to:

(1)  Engage in or offer to engage in the practice of denturitry; or

(2)  Use in connection with such person’s name the word "denturist" or any other words, letters, abbreviations, or insignia implying that such person is engaged in the practice of denturitry.
