CRISIS RESPONSE FOR PERSONS WITH A NEUROCOGNITIVE DISORDER

56-2102.  GOVERNMENTAL LIABILITY. All provisions of chapter 9, title 6, Idaho Code, shall apply to any claim of tortious conduct on the part of a person acting or refusing to act in conformance with this chapter.
