PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATION

CHAPTER 1

PUBLIC UTILITIES LAW — APPLICATION AND DEFINITIONS

61-101.  Title and application. This act shall be known as "The Public Utilities Law" and shall apply to the public utilities and public services herein described and to the commission herein referred to.
