|||| LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO |||| Fifty-seventh Legislature First Regular Session - 2003IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HOUSE BILL NO. 340 BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE 1 AN ACT 2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE STATE LIQUOR DISPENSARY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004; 3 LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS; AND REAPPROPRIATING 4 CERTAIN UNEXPENDED AND UNENCUMBERED BALANCES TO THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR 5 FOR THE STATE LIQUOR DISPENSARY. 6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho: 7 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the Governor for 8 the State Liquor Dispensary the following amounts, to be expended according to 9 the designated expense classes from the listed fund for the period July 1, 10 2003, through June 30, 2004: 11 FOR: 12 Personnel Costs $ 6,851,800 13 Operating Expenses 3,006,400 14 Capital Outlay 159,000 15 TOTAL $10,017,200 16 FROM: 17 Liquor Control Fund $10,017,200 18 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the State 19 Liquor Dispensary is authorized no more than one hundred fifty (150) full-time 20 equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 2003, through June 21 30, 2004, for the program specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifi- 22 cally authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee 23 will be notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized. 24 SECTION 3. There is hereby reappropriated to the Office of the Governor 25 for the State Liquor Dispensary any unexpended and unencumbered balance of the 26 Liquor Control Fund appropriated for the Enterprise Accounting System for fis- 27 cal year 2003, to be used for the same purpose for the period July 1, 2003, 28 through June 30, 2004. The reappropriation is limited to $450,000 from the 29 Liquor Control Fund.
