2004; appropriates $3,203,000 to the medical boards in the Department of

in the Department of Self-Governing Agencies; provides for a transfer of
funds; and limits the number of full-time equivalent positions in each of

4 THE MEDICAL BOARDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004; APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE SELF-
5 GOVERNING AGENCIES FOR THE REGULATORY BOARDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004; DIRECT-
6 ING THE STATE CONTROLLER TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE SPECIAL REAL ESTATE
7 FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT

23 SECTION 4. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 54-2021, Idaho Code,
24 there is hereby appropriated, and the State Controller is hereby directed to
25 transfer, civil penalties imposed and collected pursuant to Section 54-2059,
26 Idaho Code, from the Special Real Estate Fund to the General Fund for the
27 period July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2004. Such transfer shall not exceed
28 $40,000.
29 SECTION 5. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, each of the
30 programs in the Department of Self-Governing Agencies listed below is autho-
31 rized no more than the number of full-time equivalent positions shown at any
32 point during the period July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2004, for the programs
33 specified in Sections 1, 2 and 3 of this act, unless specifically authorized
34 by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee will be notified
35 promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
