                                BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE
                                                                        
  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE DIVISION OF  VOCATIONAL  REHABILITATION
  3        FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION  1.  In  addition  to the appropriation made in Section 1, Chapter
  6    195, Laws of 2002, there is hereby appropriated to the State Board  of  Educa-
  7    tion  for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation the following amount to be
  8    expended for the designated program according to the designated expense  class
  9    from the listed fund for the period July 1, 2002, through June 30, 2003:
 10    INDEPENDENT LIVING COUNCIL:
 11    FOR:
 12    Operating Expenditures                                                  $4,500
 13    FROM:
 14    Miscellaneous Revenue Fund                                              $4,500
                                                                        
 15        SECTION  2.  An  emergency  existing  therefor,  which emergency is hereby
 16    declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after its
 17    passage and approval.

Appropriates $4,500 in additional receipts to Vocational Rehabilitation for the State Independent Living Council for fiscal year 2003.

This bill provides an additional $4,500 in spending authority from the miscellaneous revenue fund to offset an increase in office rent.
