Statement of Purpose / Fiscal Impact

                      STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

                            RS 12892

This concurrent resolution would reject a pending rule change of
the Department of Parks and Recreation relating to the
administration of park and recreation areas and facilities, and
concerning camping units and camping occupancy. The effect of
this resolution, if adopted by both houses, would be to prevent
the agency rule from going into effect.
