  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE DIVISION OF BUILDING SAFETY FOR FISCAL YEAR  2004;
  3        AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION  1.  There  is  hereby  appropriated  to  the Division of Building
  6    Safety in the Department of Self-Governing Agencies the following amounts,  to
  7    be  expended  for  the designated programs according to the designated expense
  8    classes from the listed funds for the period July 1, 2003,  through  June  30,
  9    2004:

 26        SECTION  2.  In  accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Division
 27    of Building Safety in the Department of Self-Governing Agencies is  authorized
 28    no  more  than one hundred nineteen and one-tenth (119.1) full-time equivalent
 29    positions at any point during the period July 1, 2003, through June 30,  2004,
 30    for  the  programs  specified  in  Section  1 of this act, unless specifically
 31    authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee will be
 32    notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
