BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE
1 AN ACT
2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE DIVISION OF HUMAN RESOURCES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004;
3 AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF AUTHORIZED FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the Governor for
6 the Division of Human Resources the following amounts, to be expended accord-
7 ing to the designated expense classes from the listed funds for the period
8 July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2004:

20 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Division
21 of Human Resources is authorized no more than thirty-seven (37) full-time
22 equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 2003, through June
23 30, 2004, for the program specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifi-
24 cally authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee
25 will be notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
