1 AN ACT
2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR FOR THE HUMAN RIGHTS COM-
3 MISSION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004; AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVA-
4 LENT POSITIONS.
5 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
6 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the Governor for
7 the Human Rights Commission the following amounts, to be expended according to
8 the designated expense classes from the listed funds, for the period July 1,
9 2003, through June 30, 2004:

20 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Human
21 Rights Commission is authorized no more than eleven (11) full-time equivalent
22 positions at any point during the period July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2004,
23 for the program specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifically autho-
24 rized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee will be
25 notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
