This is a trailer FY 2004 Appropriation for the POST Academy in the Idaho State Police. With the passage of Senate Bill 1028, which increased court fees, there was insufficient revenue to appropriate funding as requested by the agency and recommended by the Governor for the POST Academy. This bill provides the funding for replacement items and Information Technology contract support.
