|||| LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO |||| Fifty-seventh Legislature First Regular Session - 2003 IN THE SENATE SENATE BILL NO. 1014 BY FINANCE COMMITTEE 1 AN ACT 2 RELATING TO THE APPROPRIATION FOR THE DIVISION OF VETERANS SERVICES; AMENDING 3 SECTION 1, CHAPTER 239, LAWS OF 2002, TO REVISE SPENDING AUTHORITY BETWEEN 4 FUND SOURCES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. 5 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho: 6 SECTION 1. That Section 1, Chapter 239, Laws of 2002, be, and the same is 7 hereby amended to read as follows: 8 SECTION 1. Shifts $334,000 from federal funds to dedicated funds, since current pay source statistics project more collections in private pay receipts than in Medicaid receipts. There is no impact on the bottom line.
